This 33m2 studio flat occupies a corner directly above the famous ice-cream shop in Kalk Bay. It was originally divided into 2 rooms. We gutted the interior completely and inserted a steel beam over to replace the dividing wall. A cleverly designed bathroom, mini kitchen, built in cupboards and seating make the space feel a lot roomier than its small footprint belies.
